The program gives participants priority access ahead of formal registration, as ICANN’s second-ever round of new generic top-level domain applications opened in August 2026. More than 1,600 applications were submitted in that round, covering strings such as .agent, .crypto, .wallet, .sol, .robot, and .hype. Nasdaq-listed Hyperion DeFi (NASDAQ: HYPD) is the launch partner for the vault. D3 said users can deposit eligible assets with supported custodians on Solana and Hyperliquid to earn Frontier Points, then commit those points for priority rights tied to registry domains. As part of the initial commitment, Hyperion DeFi is set to receive an allocation in a potential future DOMA token generation event under an incentive arrangement with the Doma Foundation. D3 is a core contributor to Doma Protocol and one of the few ICANN-accredited Web3 registrars. Paradigm is listed among its investors.240
